Need of career Counseling: 

70% of school students in India don’t know what stream or career is suitable for them. because they don’t know what are his abilities and what are the right career option for them. they just take decision because of their friends/parents or some attraction.  A wrong decision at this step can ruin their career. proper counseling to find out their capabilities/skill/persona is very important. Just imagine, if a person can do better in designing he is creative minded will make his career in banking.

What is the solution:

In our opinion the guidance to select right stream should be given at the school level by the school.

• We are setting up digital career labs in schools where a school easily provide career options to the students. our mission is to set up career labs in 2000 schools in the F.Y. 2023-24.
• A teacher from the school will be act as a career counselor who will be given advance training of certified career counseling.
• We will arrange workshops through our certified career counselors to providing them new career options open in the market.
• We have arranged free psychometric tests for students  which are based on AI algorithms and 100% work to select the right career path.
