What is career test
Psychometric tests are a standard and scientific method used to measure student’s mental capabilities, skill and persona style. Psychometric tests are designed to measure student’s suitability for a particular stream/ subject or career option. Our psychometric tests are based on AI powered by algorithm. it define all the skill, mental interest and persona ability.
Tests are divided in three categories:-
- stream selector ( class 9th & 10th students)
- Career selector ( class 11th and 12th students)
- Profession/career selector ( for graduate/post graduate students)
how important career tests are?
70% of school students in India don’t know what stream or career is suitable for them. because they don’t know what are his abilities and what are the right career option for them. they just take decision because of their friends/parents or some attraction. A wrong decision at this step can ruin their career. proper counseling to find out their capabilities/skill/persona is very important. career test assesses your overall performance across 14 identified skill areas group. It helps you understand your strengths and weaknesses in detail and provides the recommendations to fulfill any gaps which are observed. Our machine learning algorithms also provides recommendations on the right career options and the courses which can keep you on the leading edge in the journey to the right career choice.
Based on your submission, if there are areas of weaknesses observed, the algorithm will suggest the holistic learning interventions which can bring out the secret genius in you and fulfill any gaps which currently exist.
Each skill area maps to a different part of the brain and one skill area can correspond to multiple parts ofthe brain and vice-versa. The scores displayed here are based on the performance in the career mappingtest and depicts the relative performance vis-à-vis all other persons at the same level or age group.
We compare assessee’s performance vis-à-vis thousands of other users at the same level or agegroup to come up with the holistic score and skill gap results. It then uses advanced machinelearning algorithms to come up with overall persona, career recommendations and requiredinterventions. The ndings and recommendations in this report solely depends on the assessee’sperformance across the selected skill areas
